augh…what a day…

i simply hate buying a product and then finding majority of it is defective…

today, i have to go and change one such product…and it feels really a little like going to war..(…ok, maybe i do exagerate a bit…;p)…anyway here’s the lessons i learn today…

(1) DO NOT GO ON WEEKENDS

the trains are so packed that u feel like suffocating…luckily today is a fair day, and there’s not much haze…if not, probably somebody would have fainted in the train…

PLUS, all the sales attendants seems so busy…and grumpy and looks like they have pernament PMS or probably menopause…well!!!…just don’t go on a peak hour..

(2) LEARN TO LOSE YOUR TEMPER (ok, maybe jz a little bit…)

this is of course solely for dealing with sales person who look every the bit that : They-hate-their-job-they-are-doing-you-an-honour-serving-you-&-they-hate-you-too-probably-because-you-come-with-the-job…:|

even i almost lose my temper today…that salesperson just kept saying ‘CANNOT lah’ for everything u ask about the functions of the product,even when u told them that its in the manual..:\ ..no attempt is make to check whether the function did exist before saying CANNOT …and all these antics of the salesperson was done with a sulking face on the face and oh…

at first that salesperson even refuse to serve me, just jeling me a few times and quickly flip back pretending to be absorbed with something… until one of that salesperson supervisors actually pointed me out and then only that salesperson turn to me sulking and asking me "WHAT?!" very reluctantly and impolitely…really…hai…

anyway, i guess in a way its good for the shop to have such workers…cos in the end, i got really fed up too…and one really have the urge to never see the face again…and i just choose a better product and left..=.=…so , who knws, maybe the shop is using that as a tactic to ensure customers like me don’t make any fuss…:)

hai…honestly, i sometimes do hope shops that actually gives guarantee for their products do provide better customer services…i mean, we don’t really want to go there too and give extra trouble to them…and we are also taking the trouble to go and change,so they’re not the only one having a bad day…so at least, u know, minimum courtesy …PLSSSSSS….

if they really dislike it so much, for goodness sake, jz don’t give guarantees…

anyway, who cares…i’m definitely baning that place anymore for buying such products…so that’s it…haha..now i feel very much better…;)
